J.F. Clark is a government school established in 1960 to serve the children of Chief Compound Community.
Jerome Francis Clarke Public School is a government run elementary school in central Gbarnga. It operates both morning and afternoon sections due to high enrollment. The school has three other educational partners supporting it including Read Liberia (a reading program for grades one and two), The KEEP School Library, and the ProFutoro Digital Education Program.
